Our defense was horrible.
Terrible at defending the outside shooters as per.
We fouled too much.
Allowed the Grizzlies to shoot way too many free throws.
We were out-rebounded.
Stromile dunked all over us in the fourth.
Tyrus couldn't make a dunk.
Deng had terrible shot selection.
Great defense, crappy offense, thy name is Thabo.
We apparently have a coach by the name of Boylan. I think its only a rumour..
Wallace had 13 rebounds in a little over 30 mins. And was actually our best big man tonight. Sad.

No one should be surprised anymore.. This team sucks. It's probably not going to get better.
I hope we sit down Deng for the year and trade away Nocioni, Joe Smith, etc..

Don't forget to add that Aaron didn't play till a min left till the fourth quarter which now he finally play him.

Gasol on a total ho-hum mediocre night for him = 12 points.
Ben Wallace, Tyrus Thomas, Joakim Noah = 11 points.

Yeah, espically in the first half when were struggling to score. If it was fine and dandy to put in Tyrus and Noah, but Boylan would have been wise to put in Gray to score some points for us. But then again, wise and Boylan don't really go together.

I dont like Rudy Gay. He plays too lax. He doesnt take over games.

By far Memphis is ten times brighter than us. This game proves we can't beat talented teams at any consistent level, so we should get rid of veterans for youth-cap space-draft picks

wait, didn't we only win 15 games that year? This year far exceeds that. We have 16 wins.

If were honestly going to go into tank mode, which I'm feeling might be the right move, then we need to move a guard or two pretty soon.

Can someone tell me what aaron Gray does tonight to save that game. I mean, he would get run off the floor by Memphis and with the Bulls looking to push tempo, he has zero use on the offensive end when they play fast break.

We cut it to six witha great start in the 3rd and played steller D, however that was jsut for 2 minutes. After that downhill.

The Bulls can still make a run in the pothetic East, but I'm 100% on board for tank-mode. Sitting Deng to help rest his injuries would be a nice start. But I'm sure Deng, who is fighting for a contract, will object.
Tank mode for me consists of lots of minutes for Duhon, Thabo, Tyrus and Wallace. That line-up would struggle to put up 50 points a game.

The brick city offense isn't really surprising. The team has done this almost regularly for years.
What is baffling is the complete breakdown of the defense. I don't know how, but the Bulls managed to not cover the outside OR the inside.
