Please join us in welcoming our new mod from across the pond, suckfish.
He has demonstrated that he is a smart, level-headed and popular poster and a true workhorse in terms of time online. All of us on the Bulls mod squad are thrilled that he has agreed to work with us.
So, on behalf of the RealGM staff, I extend a laurel and hearty handshake to our newest moderator, suckfish.

I have nothing against people who understand soccer. I only have a problem who confuse soccer with football.

Think about it...we name the game after what's done only a few times per game by....the kicker. The KICKER for crying out loud. The wimpiest, highest flack taking positional player in the game. Kicker. KICKER!!
^ I mean, isn't it ridiculous that this glorious game is named after what these guys do???

Aw, Wingy, don't buy into that tired old argument. The name football is accurate in the historic origins of the game. Before the popularization of the forward pass, football was much more similar to rugby and the ball was often advanced through drop kicks as much as running.
But enough about soccer and football. I'm not going to hijack suckfish's welcome thread.
So, back to the welcomes.
