OT: Marv Albert's show on nbatv
Has anyone seen it? I mostly find Marv pretty grating, but I watched his show last night and he spent a half an hour interviewing Rod Thorn and going through his career, from his college role, backing up Jerry West, to his playing days, coaching Dr. J in the CBA, drafting Jordan, going to the league office, where he gained a reputation as Dean of Discipline and finally back to NJ. It was pretty interesting stuff. Good stuff about a young Bob Costas broadcasting games and even a hilarious clip of Marv's older brother conducting a sideline interview in the 70's.
