Play the Young Guys- Trade in the Offseason

I would personally play the young guys the rest of the way and see if we can sneak in the playoffs or be just outside the lottery.
In the summer I would trade Deng and our pick depending on where it lands for Rose or Mayo.
Deng will return this season healthy and put up some real nice numbers.
If you can get Rose to play PG then you trade Hinrich for Marvin Williams of ATL (they are dying for a pg and Childress can replace MWILL) or for Jeff Green.
