It seems I've come full circle...
1983 here too.. I was transitioning from the KC Kings since they were trying to get below the attendance threshold so they could move the team. Hell, that last year they were in KC you couldn't get any info when games were being played unless you looked in the paper and saw that they were playing that night. It was almost like they weren't in KC the last 2 years there.
Dave Corzine was still sporting the 70s look back then.

I was born in 1981 and became a fan in the 90-91 season. The first Bulls game I saw was the Bulls-Sixers playoff game, which was the game they lost.
That was actually one of the first games I've ever seen. The very first game was the Pistons when they played the Blazers the year before. I wasnt into basketball or baseball at the time. No one in my family were big sports fans, so I kinda grew intrest on my own.
The funny thing is I've never been to Chicago in my life. I'm hoping to change that next season. I wanna go there for a week and catch a couple of Bulls games.
Edit: My all time favorite player is John Paxson, I guess that explains my love for backing him up.
Also favorite current player is Ben Gordon, if you couldnt tell by the 07 from my screen name.

'88 or so? I'd watch random WGN games (I'm not from Chicago). They were the only NBA team I really watched, but I wouldn't say I watched a lot of their games at all that first couple of years.
I didn't really start obsessively watching all of their games until the Dynasty ended.
By the time I started somewhat watching the Bulls, they were very good. By the time I started paying close attention, they were dominant. At my age at the time, I was into so many other activities that I didn't watch that many regular season games. Probably about 20-25 a year.
I always considered myself a Bulls fan, but I didn't really become like I am now until after MJ retired and Pip went to Houston. Once they sucked, it became a lot more interesting to me to follow the every day happenings of the team.

i go all the way back.....red kerr, coach, jerry sloan, bob boozer, guy rodgers (a pure pg) "jumpin" jimmy washington, and erwin mueller.
seems i recall going to some early games at the amphitheatre on 43rd and halsted.....have followed them "through thick and thin"
saw playoff gamesat the chicago stadium vs. the knicks in the gilmore/theus era; ricky sobers scored like 35+ points in a win.......i've never heard it so loud in a building i thought at the time......
i recall seeing a kid play for north carolina, and make a sweeping runner move across the lane, change the ball in mid-air from his right to his left and score; i thought at the time, "this kid's gonna be somebody".......
had the pleasure of seeing the dynasty guys at the old stadium, recalling a regular season game vs. the heat; bulls fell down by 20 something into the 4th; MJ and company came out after one of the timeouts, and just imposed their will on the heat, it was a beautiful thing to witness

Me too.
That team was bad but actually kind of fun to watch. They'd score a ton of points but couldn't play defense to save their lives.
Do you know where you're going to spend eternity? You're going to spend it with me, talking about Jesus Christ.

I was a fan of the Bulls since the 92-93 Season when I was about 5 years of age but didnt really start following the Bulls until the 02-03 season because I did not grow up with Cable television (even though its not like the bulls played on national televised games during those years.)
I dont have alot of memory of the bulls in the 90's except for their last championship run against the Jazz. But I have been keeping track of the Bulls ever since and not only do I follow the Bulls but I follow basically every other team in the NBA.
