who's gonna stay awake for updates?

I have this feeling Detroit will offer BG something in that exact time.

It might get offered at 12:01 - but when are we going to find out?

12:05.. Too long for my taste.

(Seriously, we'll probably hear something after a few hours)

If you hear a loud NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO coming from New York, that's how you'll know.

12:01 AM, the moment when Gordon can redefined as overrated or underrated.

I'm more curious about who will be calling Gordon or standing at Gordon's door 1st at 12:01 -- Detroit or Chicago (or OKC). I think if the Bulls are serious about resigning Gordon, they must be the ones who come after him the hardest.

I think OKC's comfortably out of the running. Harden saved us from that threat. Now it's just Detroit. Memphis is overwhelmingly likely uninterested. I'm really praying Detroit isn't interested. Because our competition then? The MLE. And we can beat that.

I gave up on trying to friend request athletes on facebook after Vanilla Thunder turned me down. Never recovered from that one.

I’ve gone back to just updating whatever book I happen to be reading and occasionally posting some sort of incredibly sarcastic status update.

Isn't everything?

That gives us an advantage though - we get to talk to Ben a full hour before Detroit.

What I want to happen at 12:01

1. Bulls agree to terms or resign Gordon
2. Bulls trade Hinrich to the Blazers for 1 or both of Blake/Outlaw (immediately waived) & possible future lottery protected 1st.

so when it says 12:01 am is that eastern standard time because that would be 9:00 for me. I love pacific standard time its the best.

Look like someone else said it before me. The NFL has it at EST time also and players actually sign 30 minutes after.

How's So???

That just means that it will be 12:01 in Detroit and they can start talking to BG's agent while it would be 11:01 here and we would have to wait 1 more hour? if not wouldn't it be same then?

I want to ask everyone though, if BG's offered $11mil a year or more by some other team - will he be considered overrated or underrated by everyone? Bulls fans?

If not, what if Detroit doesn't offer anything yet and we offer $9mil a year and BG accepts it - will he be considered underrated by Bulls fans? all other teams fans?

Just wondering where you draw the line?

Sounds like a perfect offseason. I'd be fine with Paxson taking a 4 month break from there.

Because we can contact him at 11:01 tonight, Detroit can't contact him until tomorrow.
