Good to see Ross with a starting job in KC. He's a good player who is finally getting a chance with a different ballclub. Hopefully he'll take advantage of it.

1 for 4 opening day vs. the BoSox, started in LF.

1 hit, 1 run, .250 avg, 3 LOB

1 putout, 1 assist.

Not too shabby. He's never really had an opportunity anywhere to start so I hope it goes well for him.

I think he will be up and down. Not much support in that lineup. If he were in a better 1-9 I think he would put up some really good numbers starting full time

you need a Paul K. Vs Ross. G. tracking thread, because otherwise the guy would have never seen time here and the point is moot.

I looove Ross Gload. I hope he puts up .300/20/80 this season. He's certainly capable.

Through 6, he is now 4 for 16 with a BA of .250, 1 R, 0 RBI, 3 SO, and 5 total bases.

Gload had a costly (and ugly) error against the White Sox today that left him both embarassed and injured... nuff said.
