3 games. Sitting at 1-2, we need to find a way to beat the damn twins.

Silva (-- -.--) v. Vasquez (-- -.--)
Ponson (-- -.--) v. Danks (-- -.--)
Santana (1-0, 6.00) v. Contreras (0-1, 63.00)

Better get at 'em early. Santana is always tough, but Jose needs to bounce back with a good start.

Tonight's game postponed.

CHICAGO -- The Friday-night forecast in Chicago called for a low of 22 degrees, with winds out of the northwest ranging from 25 to 30 mph. Those frigid conditions were reason enough for the White Sox to cancel Friday's series opener against the Twins.

Does this mean we don't face Santana Sunday?

No. It means Ponson's spot in the rotation is skipped. Keeps everyone else on normal rest.

The Twins have an opportunity to skip Silva and Ponson altogether this time around the rotation, and they're not taking it. That means the Sox deserve to win on Saturday. Not so much on Sunday though.

Your Hoiberg sig. is pretty sweet BTW. I loved him when he was with the Bulls.

Vazquez is proving why I think is our best pitcher today. Even made it past the dreaded sixth inning.

Great Job lets finish this.
