Gavin has impressed me this year (6 wins era around 3). He went out and gave us another quality start. Although it is easier to pitch with a 6 run lead. The HR to teahen hurt a little but no walks today.

I just wanted to give some Kudos to Gavin

**** yea. As said in Cliff Levingston's backwards Sox thread, who would've thought that our pitching would've been this good even with Buerhle pitching like (pretty much) crap? Looks like we've got a couple long-term keepers in Floyd and Danks which is very nice.

Three big question marks this year: Floyd, Danks, and Contreras have all been excellent this year. If they can keep up similar performances for the remainder of the season we should be in good shape for a playoff run.

Floyd has been very consistent this year. Finally some good pitching for the White Sox.
