Florida 23-17 at Cincinnati 18-23
First Pitch: 7:10 EDT If it doesn't rain out, it has been raining off and on for most of the day in this part of the country.
Pitching Matchup:
Reds: Matt Belisle 1-3, 7.45 era
Marlins: Andrew Miller 3-2, 6.52 era
All of the talk about the success of the first-place Florida Marlins may have distracted the young team. It certainly got the attention of the Cincinnati Reds. The Reds look to complete a four-game sweep of the suddenly slumping Marlins for the first time in nearly nine years on Thursday when the clubs square off at Great American Ball Park.
Cincinnati outlasted Florida 8-7 in the series opener Monday, held on for a 5-3 victory Tuesday, and got a 10th-inning, walk-off single from Paul Janish in his major-league debut in Wednesday night

Do we get the brooms out and sweep the Marlins out of town with a 4 game losing streak, or do we collapse and revert back to the Reds we are used to seeing?
Streaks: W3
Last 10: 6-4
Home: 11-9 Road: 7-14
Runs Scored: 182
Runs Against: 207
Belisle really hasn't looked very good since being called up from his rehab in the minors. Will tonight be the night he gets things going in a positive direction?
