Cueto Has Looked Good

Post#1 » by el loco » Wed Apr 9, 2008 3:32 pm

He can bring it and has had good enough stuff to win both starts. Unfortunately the offense isn't clicking yet. Dunn and his 13 million can't buy a hit, Eddie E needs to go back down again this year, and Hatteburg is stealing plate appearances from the future.

Fogg gets the start tonight :banghead: He got blasted in his first start and I think it will happen again.

Kepp has been hitting the cover off of the ball, so the late call up last season appears to be no fluke. Griffey is starting to come around in the past couple of games. Patterson even though we didn't really need him is starting to produce, and surprisingly Paul Bako the 3rd catcher has been swinging a nice bat. But, Cueto has been the guy that has impressed me the most so far. He could be a strong candidate for ROY.
