Team Report:

Manager Dusty Baker said the off-day Thursday was a blessing after 16 straight days of playing, "Especially when you're losing and trying to figure things out. I don't sleep well when we're losing. I try sleep but something won't let me sleep while I try to figure things out."

Baker said he has used up pens and a tree's worth of paper trying to figure a batting order/lineup.

"I'd like to move first baseman Joey Votto up in the order from seventh but I have to be careful about stacking left-handers," he said. "So do I leave Votto alone? He's going to be up there soon. He'll be a fifth hitter. Man, he works hard, keeps his mouth shut and is very respectful."

Once again we are facing a sweep as the offense continues to fail Reds fans.

Bronson went 1 and 1/3 innings gave up 7 runs. Fogg went 2 innings gave up 5 more, and we currently trail the braves 13-7 after 6.

Another sweep is on the way. Today we have some offense and no pitching. Fogg is a joke and Bronson has pretty much turned into one himself. It is a good thing he sings on the hot dog commercials because he will have something to fall back to when this gig is up.

It's official we suck :banghead:
