Im loving the non home field advantage we have.

Split one of the first two at Boston with CC and Carmona going thats definately reasonable.

Take 2 of the 3 at home and with the way we've played at home this year and CC pitching game 5 thats definately reasonable.

Put all the pressure on Boston to win two straight with Fausto pitching in game 6 and then a combo of anyone who is available in game 7.

Im feeling good about this series.

Carmona looks like a diff pitcher tonight then game 2 vs the yankees. Of course it is likely he will never pitch as well as he did in that game again in his entire career.

Actually he pitched like that or better all year long. Sorry bro, contrary to the belief of all Yankee fans the Indians didnt play above their talent level against the Yankee's. We just simply were the better team. If anything you were lucky that CC didnt bring his A game in game 1 because then it would have been a real beat down.

No no no... Sorry... I didn't mean to come off like that. The Indians beat us fair and square. They outplayed us in all facets of the game. Hitting, Starting Pitching, Relief Pitching, CLUTCH HITTING.

I know Carmona had a GREAT year, he is a great pitcher, but he was even better than normal that night against the Yankees. He was nearly unhittable, it was one of the most dominating performances I'd seen in awhile. I was just saying that anyone that expected that from him tonight probably wouldnt've gotten what they were expecting.

Also about Sabathia, how much more of a beatdown could we have taken.. we lost 12-3.

Nice game tonight, I thought Wedge screwed up when he left Perez in there to face Ramirez and Lowell, and I also didn't like when he ran for Hafner. But lo and behold Nixon gets a big hit in Hafner's place, and it all worked out.

You are aware that he has a legit shot at winning the cy young this year right? It seems likely that he's pitched better than against the Yankees.

I simply said he won't pitch like that night very often. Sure he is a Cy Young Candidate. That doesnt mean he'll throw 9 Innings of 1 hit ball all the time this season. Considering that he only pitched more than 7 innings in 5 of his starts. He pitched great that night, but he still pitched better than even his high standards.

Not to be overly technical, but he gave up 3 hits and 1 run in that game. It's not really easy to figure out why Wedge pulls pitchers however. I can look at a bunch of game however where Carmona gave up 1 run or fewer not to mention several where he only had 3 hits. So while he pitched well against NY, I don't necessarily think it was an exceptional outting. However, the game that he pitched against Boston was exception in how poor it was

Boston had an extremely great game plan for Fausto.. In fact, it was very simple, and extremely effective..

Fausto's number one pitch is the down and in sinker to righties, and down and away to lefties..

DON'T SWING AT IT !!!!!!

And Boston didn't..Those early at-bats were the most patient at-bats I've seen any team take against Fausto.. No coincidence his pitch count was in the 90's after 4 innings...

If he pitches again in this series, he's gonna have to make an adjustment to these hitters..

Yeah I meant one run. It was a better outing than he had all season. That's the only reason I'm saying anything. That doesnt mean he isnt a great pitcher

It's not over yet especially with Beckett coming up. But the Indians are just better in Cleveland.

The Indians just don't get much respect but maybe we're starting to open some eyes.
