Jones makes me cringe but the wins don't lie. He reminds me how I felt everytime Arroyo touched the ball with the Pistons. I always feel like they are one step from throwing the whole damn thing away, but on average they aren't that bad.

A series sweep would be really on time. There are still really rough edges (especially for pitching), but at least it feels like I'm watching Tiger baseball again. Our offense is coming out of its slumber finally, and it's so refreshing.

Finally, we manage to string a couple together.

Good to see that the bats are finally starting to come out at the right times, that is a great sign for us.

I worry about the pitching though. Two starters have gone down (granted, our 4th and 5th best starters, but still). Our rotation and pen is like swiss cheese.....
