Big series for us... we need to compete against good teams. I'm tired of playing all our **** central division foes.

first two in the bag

Porcello threw a gem today. I certainly didnt expect it against the Yankees after how bad he has been this year, but a great sign

Lets hope Bondo can replicate it tonight

Yeah, it's weird. I expected our starting pitching to carry the team while everyone else kind of got by. But our team has played well, except for our starting rotation. Which is kinda more encouraging. Once they get things going, our team should be stellar.

We need more good outings from Verlander, Porcello and Willis. Hopefully Scherzer gets it together. I think Bondo is done. He just doesn't look good out there, even when his stats say he does decently.

3 outta 4! wow...couldnt ask for much more, especially from the starting pitching. Justin seems to be back to his old self after a rough start, hes been lights out these last two starts

Miggy just continues to beast. Hes the best first-baseman not named Pujols

It was a big series for us. Not only against a good team, but our team seems to be putting things together.

And how about Boesch against the lefty Sabathia? I love this kid. His defense needs some work, but damn, I love the pop in his bat. I'd definitely want to keep him around if/when Guillen comes back.

We sent Raburn down, now all we gotta do is send Don Kelly down... and get Laird/Avila/Everett some extra batting practice.
