apologize in advance to the mods if a thread similar to this is active although I didnt see one.

Anyway, spring training is only days away and I can't wait to see the new Tigers in uniform. Iam expecting big things this season and many exciting days at the park.

Things to watch
- Leylands usage of Inge
- Releif Pitching
- Guillen at first(although we've seen him there before)
- Obviously the new guys

spring training is the best time of the year with summer coming soon after, this is the time for the motor city bengals to put the city back on the baseball map!!!

Weve been on the map.....now we just need to own it.... I think this seasons roster gives us the best shot....we need to stablize the relief pitching aspect...either thru a trade or a current member stepping up

Good stuff.

our middle relief of Rodney, Byrdak, Seay, and Miner is just attrocious. We need to move Inge for a solid middle reliever very badly.

Yea the problem with that is no one wants a utility player who makes big bucks....who also cant hit

Wow this is getting pretty repetitive. Inge ain't going to the bullpen and our middle relief will need lots of work.

Miggy is in camp and in better shape. Thats victory #1 for the franchise, now we need a long term contract and some great production

Pithing looks a little leaky at the moment.

Oh well, thats what Spring Training is for.

No point in scoring 9 runs if your gonna give up 10, though. Hopefully at least a few of our starters and a couple of bullpen guys pull it together and have rock solid seasons. As good as our offense will be, I firmly believe no offense is good enough to overcome suspect pitching. Just look at the Yankees.

Do you guys wanna be the Yankees? I know I dont....
