EDIT: The Tigers are home, they do in fact have a DH.

Last 10 Games: Tigers (8-2) Cardinals (4-6)

Analyst: The Detroit Tigers have been on fire, they have won 13/15 games and have gained 6 games on AL central leading Chicago White Sox, the offense has been on and the pitching has been near-perfect. The return of Fernando Rodney and Joel Zumaya may be the only reasons why the Tigers have lost 2 games in there last 10 games. The Cardinals, only 4-6 their last 10 have not been a great interleague team, after a great start, they have dropped to second in their respected division and are struggling with out star 1B Albert Pujols who was placed on the DL a little over a week ago.

The pics are a nice touch!

Lucky we are playing the cards without Albert, assuming he doesn't come back during this series (don't know much about his status). Should be an opportunity to keep the hot play alive at least for a few more games.

No Polanco tomorrow?

Yeah, he should play, this is the lineup used in the last lineup they've used so I have no option but to list it until i get the official lineup tomorrow.

Sheff with a 2 run homer, he brings in Thames who hit a ball 410 feet. (Stupid park is so big)

We've dropped our first game again...let's see if we can win our second.

Rodney looked at least vaguely in command today, thats reassuring. His other appearences had me extremely worried to say the very least.

Fossum is absolutely HORRIBLE. That guy should never be allowed to pitch again. I don't know why he got the nod today, are we really THAT hard up for pitching?

Guillen triple away from cycle, Sheff has 3 hits, what a clutch game for both teams.

The White Sox lost, so we're five games back again.

I didn't think the Tigers would benefit all that much from Sheff's return, at least not this immediately.

Good to see him swinging well.

Second walk of win in a row.

Watching these guys' record crawl higher and higher is making the Pistons offseason a lot easier to live with.

Shame more people aren't joining the party around here....

Yeah...
We now are the only team playing, well other then the Shock. :-?

Nice to see Sheff hitting home runs, rather then popping the ball up
