eh.

Wilken Ramirez I like. Don't see a reason for the rest since they can't contribute.

If Jeremy Bonderman is starting games this postseason after missing the whole year, playoffs aren't going to matter. Bonine, Fein and Ryan all sucked while up with the team this year.

eww at all of them. we can still push for a trade, can't we?

idk exactly how teams are able to trade after the deadline.

Doesn't really fit here, but sort of does. Why are other AL Central teams getting rid of players down the stretch? Cleveland has traded away a number of their good players (Martinez, Lee) and Chicago has just traded Jim Thome to the Dodgers. WTF? I mean, it helps us, but what are they thinking? Chicago is still technically in the playoff race.

how is a team able to trade right now? what's the point of a trade deadline in baseball? i never really understood this.

I'm pretty happy to see the Tigers followed my advice from just about 10 days ago in the Huff thread and called up Dlugach, as subbing him in for Everett is the #1 best thing we can do right now.
