Free Arby's tomorrow. Aubrey Huff finally showed up in Detroit. Edwin gets his 11th win, Tigers get their 70th. Very good game.

Porcello's on the mound tomorrow. Would be nice to see the offense roll over into the next game.

We gotta mow these guys down. With the Sox conceding the Twins are our only real competition. And they just gave up a 2 run homer to blow their lead!

Twinkies aren't going away, all we can hope is that they hit a rough patch while our offense steps it up.

Getting Guillen and Huff going would be awesome.

Let's go Tigers..... Let's finally be the AL Central champs.....

Lyon has really turned this season around. Seay and Rodney have had their niche this season. Fernando is money in save opportunities. Ni and Perry have done well. Both have had moments of uncertainty, but both are pitching really well right now. If we could get Washburn going and Nate can at least stay healthy and pitch 5 IP, I think our pitching will be great down the stretch and in the playoffs.

Porcello pitched a great game.

Leyland really annoys me. If you don't want your pitcher giving up another hit, don't send him back out. He does it all the time with the youngsters (Porcello, Edwin, Perry). They'll have an outstanding game going with 0-2 runs allowed, and then he'll send them out in the 7th or 8th innings and they'll give up a hit or a run and he'll immediately pull them, even though they still have control of the game. Either take them out of the game while their game is great, or let them play through a little adversity.

Some big hits tonight.

71-61.... ANNNNNNNNDDDD the Twinkies lost!! So the Tigers gained a game.

POLANCO FTW

I swear he has been the most clutch guy on the Tigers for the last 3 years.

Polanco NEVER strikes out. You can always count on him to put the ball in play. Despite what some would claim.

And how about Clete with the 2 run triple? Everrett with 3 walks as well. hmmmm.....

Everett walking three times in a game might be the statistically least likely thing a Tiger has done all season. :-)
