Another year of irrelevance?

The Florida marlins are in the 5 lowest paid teams, our owner has money but refuses to buy players as well as not pay for his new stadium

With these owners will we ever see the marlins grow back into a relevant team? Highly unlikely..

^ they were more relevant than teams with 100+ million payrolls last year.

the marlins owner paid like 150 mil for the new stadium.

the rays were pretty good with the like 8th lowest payroll.
