Rookie of the Year.

"Mom? It was you?"

"It was me. Float it."
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Damn, I forgot about the Sandlot.

Bad News Bears (The OG) has to be on my list as well.

my favorite line to quote from The Untouchables? "All right, buddy, whats with the mahaska?"

also - "What's your real name?" "Giuseppe Petri" "I kneeeeew it! Just what we need! Another thieving wop on the force!"

Connery really chewed the scenery out of his death scene too.... shot like 400 times he still was able to hang on till Elliott Ness got there to gargle "....now what are you prepared to do" before dying

what a thespian

I know this is veering OT, but who cares, we have like 4 people reading...

is the Untouchables the best movie based on a TV show ever?

The Fugitive comes to mind also...

Baseball movies:

The Sandlot & Major League

As for the best TV series into a movie, I like Mission Impossible, The Fugitive, The Untouchables, Starsky & Hutch just to name a few.

Anyone remember "V" the alien invasion mini series from the 80's?
They need to make a movie about that series.
