Dontrelle Willis vs Mark Redman game 1
Scott Olsen vs Kyle Davis game 2
Anibal Sanchez vs Tim Hudson game 3
Taylor Tankersley was activated, and Lee Gardner was sent down to the minors (unfair!)

We have a chance to get 2 of the 3 from this weekend series. (Today an Tomorrow's game)--We have a chance Sunday, but we always find a way to go cold against Hudson.
Gardner sent to the minors?

-- If anyone needed to be sent down, it was Julio, not Gardner.

I am pretty sure Julio couldn't be sent down, he has too much major league service time, and they weren't going to waive him yet, waaaaaay too early
he'll straighten out after some less pressure situations and work with the coaches

quick question:
Do you guys think H.Ramirez will play today?

I think he might, they said on Wednesday he was available to pinch hit but Fredi probably wanted him to rest so he would have the off day (yesterday) to recover and be ready for the weekend

Of course.
But if anyone deserved to go to the minors, it was him and not Gardener.

Julio has a lifetime 1.414 WHIP. That's just not good at all for a reliever.

on the bright side, he's in the final year of his contract...
so it's not a long term mistake
