no he was a 29 year old who has played a half a season in the big leagues... he hit 40+ hrs in the thin air of Albuquerque last year, but he probably he is a career Crash Jensen

strikes out an awful lot, lot of power

I was probably confusing him with another prospect of ours at 3B then. --- Thanks Lane!

no no, he was a "hot shot prospect" at plenty of times during his time spent w/ the Angels and his short time spent with us...and he's 28, not 29 btw...

I didn't understand the move on our part unless he asked for it - we were paying him almost nothing. The giants picked him up after we dumped him...i read that they expect to see him in the big leagues real soon.

he was out of options so he couldn't be demoted, and they added a more versatile lefty in Gload who had experience pinch hitting and plays both corner OF spots and 1st base... I don't blame them. They wanted to keep Bonifacio, and had Helms signed through next year, he had no spot on the team.
