Sweet. I'll bet you all fifty bucks that he has a better season than Carlos Lee.

Hmm.

In what way? You mean overall impact on the team?

Tough bet. Hmmm...

I mean defensively, yea obviously. Hmm.

Let's just say I hope the team stops, you know, SUCKING ASS.

2 hits for Pence today! Free from Burke at last!

Yeah, we still suck, we need to keep Loretta, and Lamb in the game, there professionals. Lamb can hit 30 hmrs if he played all the games.

now 14 RBI in his first 15 games. 1 game tying home run and 1 game winner, a grandslam was his first major league homerun. He has 2 sb and has surprised many people with his speed and defense.

Quoted in the Chronicle this morning saying He will "never take this game for granted" and that he will always play hard.

This is the type of player we need to give this team an energy boost. Pence and Lee seem to be becoming buddies with their energy and love of the game. Berkman also gave Pence some advice and since then he has been smashing the ball.

last 2 games 7-7 with two homeruns.

Hits in 7 straight at bats. One more and he ties the franchise record for hits in a row.

I loves me some Hunter Pence. Now if we only had a true leadoff hitter(hey I love you Biggio but you're an old man now, just get to 3,000 buddy).
