Wandy Rodriguez v. Oswalt

Post#1 » by Munchlaxatives » Sat Jun 27, 2009 8:14 am

If there were two games, matchup regardless, Wandy pitched one, Oswalt the other, who do you think has a better chance of winning?

The reason why I ask this is...I think Wandy's quickly becoming our ace. It's not what I expected after his career started off as a battle for the last spot with Zeke Astacio.

Oswalt started to decline since last season. So yeah, Wandy is the ace pitcher.

While I admit Wandy has greatly improved(holy hell he was awful and I hated him for it), I refuse to call him our best pitcher because the sheer madness of such an event would probably cause my rabbit's head to explode, therefore making me sad.

If he is our ace pitcher, that doesn't put us in a very good spot...

I'll let him have that title for now, at least until Oswalt has his usual dominate second half and reclaims his spot as #1.

He's made it quite clear he doesn't like Coop, anyone else think he's not pitching his best in an attempt to get rid of him and get a new manager?

I don't know about that since he's a competitor, but I wouldn't have any problem seeing Coop get fired.
