Going to Muncy too early to replace Freese can be a mistake.

Damn It, Kershaw!

Post#148 » by Ranma » Sat Oct 13, 2018 1:07 am

Geezus, Kershaw. If you want to be known as a big-game pitcher, you have to start performing like one. Giving up a home run to the pitcher?! And now giving up a hit to the next batter. Are you going to fold like Quake has accused you of doing for your postseason career or are you going to step up?

To a bullpen pitcher.

He’s a had **** starts.
He’s given up big shots.
He has the record for the most HRs in a postseason given up by a pitcher.

There’s literally no way the #GreatestPitcherOfOurGeneration hasn’t completely embarrassed himself in October.

goddamn. that replay of HR by Brewers' pitcher, what a clean, efficient, mechanically sound swing he put on that ball. the announcer saying he didn't look like a pitcher swinging is a massive understatement.

I guarantee you that guy came up as a two way star before two way stars were allowed. he knows how to swing. that was one of the sweetest swings I have ever seen in my life from the left side. better than Shawn Green's long swing. almost like Griffey without any of Jr's rocking motions. absolutely efficient, power swing.

The Big Game Pitcher ship has sailed.

The Bums, Schillings, Becketts, and Lesters are a different breed. None of them have EVER been the best pitcher in baseball. They just have IT in October.

We’re just trying to get him to not choke when he’s up to start. Be respectable EVERY time out. Not sometimes. Not every other start. EVERY time.

Yeah yeah. Prime Bum’s getting him out in October.

No excuses.

WTF, Grandal?!

2 passed balls and an error on catcher's interference to eliminate the 2nd out of the inning.

it wasnt an excuse, and surely was not defending Kershaw. I was complimenting the kid's wonderful swing as a baseball man.

maybe it is you who reads it that way man.

no excuse for the battery right now, Kershaw was locating but made a couple of mental errors, but Grandal is the reason why we are at this position.
