now our offense has got to go out there and make something happen. If Toles get on base, Kershaw is gonna bunt, then it will be all on Utley / Seager / Turner to make something happen before Gonzo is back up again. we have got to punish that boy from Dartmouth right now.

our guys are way too antsy. we have got to take a step back. Kyle Hendricks is young, and is coming off his best season, but essentially at heart he is nothing more than a glorified Eddie Harris from the movie Major League!

2 side arm fastballs today (that I can recall off top) from Kershaw:
1) Swinging Strike 3
2) Heyward Pop Up to Turner.

51 pitches for 5 innings. Kershaw is in control. but Dave better be watching every innuendos on the mound. every body language, every missed location, every sign shaken off, must be under microscope to judge when to pull him from the game, starting from his 52nd pitch next inning.

but it is hard to fault Gonzo for hesitating in case that was caught clean... but man Kershaw just got soler with a K. here comes Fowler. he has got to take care of small fish first.
