Hatcher is just unbelievable.

He gives you another vote of confidence and you repay him with this **** man.

Are Hatcher and Kendrick Trying to Throw the Game Away?

Post#742 » by Ranma » Sun Apr 24, 2016 11:18 pm

Hatcher misses his target again and now the lead is down to 1 run with a runner at 1B, then Kendrick almost throws the ball away if not for Utley saving his bacon by stretching on the catch. Geez, we're choking left and right.

Team's a ticking time bomb.

Two places I hate watching them play:
SF and Colorado

In my lifetime, it truly brings out the dumb in any Dodger team....no matter them manager or talent level of the team.

QFT

I'm tired of having this guy's back.

All hail Luis Avilan coming up to get one of the game's better hitters because you're a jackass.

to be honest, I think the best 8th inning guys are not there to compete for the job. I think Montas and Wood are the best setup options we have, with Baez and Garcia making potent 7th inning guys. Hatcher can be so wild with his command at times, I woul avoid having him for the 8th until mid season when he is completely settled. until then, he should be the part of the "catch-up team" rather than a key component of the "keep the lead" unit.
ehhhhh f it.

Gasping for Oxygen in Mile High City

Post#748 » by Ranma » Sun Apr 24, 2016 11:29 pm

Puig gets in on the clown act by Bucknering that ball in RF, which scores 2 runs for a Rockies lead. I can't even get mad at Yasiel. The whole team has been messing up all game, especially in the bullpen. Utley and Joc have been the only guys who haven't been bringing us down.

Can't think of one phase of this game that would suggest we deserve to win it.

it could be worse.

I was there at the stadium when we blew 11-1 game in 1990 against John Kruk's phillies by giving up 11 runs between tops of 8th and 9th

Thompson grounds into a would-be double play if not for Story's bobbled ball at SS.
