Cubs Swinging Lumber

The Cubs hitters are more comfortable and patient at the plate, which is a bad sign for us.

not sure about this being the make up call, I think Marquez just thought that was a strike. it irritates me that Maeda threw at least 3 pitches closer to the plate than that one he didnt call.

I agree with Smoltz. We actually have to steal a base to really disrupt Lester. Buck then points out Seager is hobbling a bit after an awkward swing before his base hit.
