It's actually a single draft pick awarded before the 3rd round and tacked on at the end of the 2nd round, which is projected to be in the 75-80 range overall. It's generally considered a 2nd-round draft selection.

I've previously expressed my concern over Justin Wilson not pitching as well to left-handed batters compared to right-handed batters despite being a southpaw relief pitcher armed with good velocity. Wilson was packaged along with a vet backup catcher to acquire the Cubs' 1st and 10th overall prospects as well as either cash or a player to be named later.
Candelario is only ranked 92nd overall in MLB Pipeline's top 100 despite being the Cubs' top prospect while Paredes is their 10th-ranked prospect and not listed among MLB's top 100 rankings. For the sake of comparison, Diaz is ranked 88th overall while being the Dodgers' 6th-best prospect. The equivalent to the Cubs' Paredes would probably be either Estevez or Oaks from the Dodgers.

The Indians – a team interested in Darvish, as first mentioned by MLB Network’s Jon Paul Morosi and the Dallas Morning News’ Evan Grant - are one of the clubs on the pitcher’s no-trade list, according to major-league sources.

One source with knowledge of the situation, when asked if Darvish would go to a team on his no-trade list, said it would be a “coin flip.”

The Dodgers and Yankees reportedly are the teams hottest on Darvish, and the Rangers can send him to either without restriction. Both clubs, while fluid in trade discussions, appear to be placing a higher priority on other pursuits.
The Yankees remain locked in a stalemate with the Athletics over right-hander Sonny Gray – and likely would be disinclined to meet the Rangers’ asking price for Darvish as a backup plan, sources said.
The Dodgers, meanwhile, seem more focused on Orioles closer Zach Britton and represent an alternative for Gray if the Athletics fail to complete a trade with the Yankees.
The Rangers accept that they cannot land right-hander Walker Buehler, the Dodgers’ top pitching prospect, in a trade for Darvish, and are not as high on some of the other Dodgers prospects who might be in play, sources said.
The Indians, then, would appear to stand a chance of making the best possible offer for Darvish, and according to sources at least one other, unidentified team is involved in the discussions.
