All Star Chase Utley with the glove work.

Repeat his name correctly.

PUIG!!!!

ha if we score 3-4 runs here then Pedro becomes the winning pitcher, Jensen gets a hold and no save but Kenley gives up a run or two to get within 3 runs then he gets a save.

old stats surely have holes large enough to drive a trunk through in their logic.

front office did a hell of a job keeping Utley. when we resigned both second basemen, I thought it was the wise thing to do and at least one of them would pan out, just didn't think it was the older Utley and not the younger (relatively) Kendrick.

Really wish Yasmani was more aggressive there.

Whatever.
Come on Kenley, get this done.

and well deserving for Chase for winning the player of the game. Ross did a great job as well, and he is surely forcing the issue of which pitcher is the first one to lose their job as injured players return.

Happy with this team's grit and their fight. We could have let that 6 game losing streak bury us, instead we let it galvanize us and we fought for a 3-2 road trip to the AL East.

Happy with Chase Utley so far through the season.
Happy with Baez being quality on this road trip.
Happy Seager stepped up today (and shut me up) and beat up the Jays bullpen....now let's see you ding some quality starters.

Mets up next.
Harvey should be throwing today and we won't see him.

Cardinals getting smacked.
Rockies up 1-0 right now over the Giants.
"Not better than Kershaw" Arrieta couldn't get out of the 5th inning today...6 hits and 4 BBs too.
Good day all around.

Kershaw is not only the stud ace of this team, but a very mature team leader at his tender age. Puig maybe a wildhorse but he is nothing but a star with infinite ceiling who is underpaid and is a quality piece.

... and I say the **** with Andy the old hack from the buckos...

but his old man's sins don't need to rub off on our boy SVS. maybe he said some things confiding within his old man, or maybe he didn't, but as a father and as a baseball man, Andy should have known better, and he didn't. Scott didn't spill the beans to the media, Andy did.

some of us have fathers that we can look up to, and some of us are lucky just to be alive despite our fathers. I wish my father was educated, or able to afford having us, or in the least, not throw me against the wall piss drunk because his 6 months old son was crying and nearly kill the infant.

not trying get any sympathy of my sappy story, we all have trial and tribulations we must go through to make it in life. my point is that SVS is not responsible for the bull **** his father put him and us through.

just a shout out to my granny on this mothers day.

Damn at the story.
Sorry man.

Yeah, only mad at Andy there.
Scott should be able to confide in his own father or any other family member without them giving information to the public. So no matter what Scott told him, he should have kept his trap shut.

To that end...let me give Dave props for the job he's done in the clubhouse so far and with Puig, since I was so pissed at him today for the Hatcher move. All is well that ends well.

And I forgo to give young Ross his props for getting through an awesome lineup that was full of power. I thought he'd be scared of some of them and put a few of them on...but NO WALKS from him today. I like this kid's constitution. He has a quiet confidence about him that I think we can trust moving forward.

WOW puig just robbed another basehit.

Puig may be struggling with his bat, but it seems to me that his defense is overcompensating whatever he maybe lagging on.

I'll keep waiting on Kazmir.

Maybe he'll come around in the 2nd half.

I really hope he becomes a free agent at the end of this year, because otherwise would mean he sucked some donkie dicks and is about to return to do the same.

Kazmir, the past is the past.
Get over it.

With Trayce's HR, you need to put up a 0 here.

With Strasburg off the market, he better not get any funny ideas. :o

Go get your money Scotty....elsewhere.

If Scott can do his career average, he should easily become one of the top free agents come this off season. all we can hope is that he gets there and gets rich elsewhere, as you say.
