sanchez had a good start against us.

Ned's philosophy = if they're good against us, pick them up.
Aaron Harang nearly no hit us in 2011 as a padre, picked him up.
jason schmidt
juan uribe

Ned's going to be forced to move Joc Pederson.
I'm interested to see what he brings in for him.

I think it would be pretty freakin neat if he could move him for Zobrist and let Zobrist finish his career as a Dodger....keep him at 3rd until Seager comes up and then move him to 2nd when Ellis is out.

thoughts?
I think the Rays will move the year or 2 left for Zobrist for 6 years of Pederson control

well ben is playing OF for the rays now, i guess a trading him for another OF with cheaper, longer contract won't turn them off. offensively, i still like the guy although he is fading. his OBP is still 100 points higher than his BA. SLG and BA however, isn't exactly elite. but he still should be better than anybody we've got at 3rd unless hanley plays there while keeping dee at SS. offensively curious, defensively a disaster written all over the left side of the IF with dee-hanley guarding...

the real question is, can ben still play 3rd base? we need a defensive upgrade, if dee or hanley is gonna be our everyday SS.
