Though we lost 2 of 3 to start the season and the Lakers are playing some crappy ball, nothing will cheer me up more than beating the hated ones in this weekend series. Go Blue!

Isn't it a good thing that the Lakers are playing crap ball?

Giants suck. 'Nuff Said. But guys, let's make sure to keep the hate within the board. we don't want to go troll at their place. But Armando Blownitez should blow a game for them, unless Saito decides to blow some saves as he nearly did 2 nights ago against the Brew Crew

Its lonely here.

So, I heard Penny will get the start tonight. I dont expect Schmidt to play this series since he jsut played.

Maybe we will have Penny/lowe and wolf.

I also expect Zito to go against us. Prolly game 3.

Solid performance by Brad Penny but it would have been nice if our offense could have generated some more insurance runs. Saito is getting into trouble closing this season.

time to get broxton the closing job, hes been far more reliable so far. Saito's era is pretty high up.

Someone please tell me why Kemp is up and Loney isn't ? If I'm not mistaken, he's pretty ticked off about being sent after his performance against the mets and spring training.

Because Kemp is awesome and has a better chance of receiving more playing time since Luis Gonzalez is a senior citizen.

^ true, Gonzo is stinking it up. But still, it'll be nice to watch the trio of Kemp, Loney, and Martin.

I definitely agree. Hell, I want to see LaRoche out there too.

We shouldn't have ever signed Gonzalez. Kemp, LaRoche, Loney should all be up.

i think its still early to call the gonzo signing. There is a long season ahead and injuries are most likely. We cant contend for a title if we are thin. Gonzo will prove to be useful this year and the young bucks will get there due..

As much as I love Kemp's game, his inexperience will show and he will struggle at times. That is when Gonzo experience and leadership will come in handy. I think the signing was a good one but we will see.

Nothing better than bringing a broom inside the Giant's house. It always makes a great weekend despite my lakers playing their newly trademark basketball right now.
