i like this. Kent with all his distractions is a proven vet that will help this team. Look forward to Torre getting in his ear and bridging the gap between the young players.

Don't really see him as ever being a distraction. He was a vet who saw that the clubhouse was out of control and spoke out about it. Don't think we have to worry about that with Torre aboard. I kind of expect Torre to name him captain this year.

agree.

And personally I supported alot of what he said. But he was a distraction to a point that the media made a big deal about it. For me? no. but it was an excuse/scapegoat for the Dodgers meltdown.

Kent and Nomar will be captains for sure.
