It was a bad loss, but that's what happens when you allow a team to shoot 80% in the first quarter and you are playing catch up all game. It would have likely been different if the Cavs had ever taken a lead but down 1 they have a series of just awful possessions. That will improve as the team gets used to each other, not to mention they'll get some healthy players back. It's funny that the Cavs have alot more options offensively now, but they really aren't any better.

Not only are we not any better offensively, we're alot worse defensively.

We still play Lebron ball in tight games and we are a HORRIBLE road team now.

We've lost to Milwaukee, NJ, and Chicago on the road now already with this new crew :noway:

Oh and don't forget we have a back to back with Washington tomorrow, and LBJ played all but like 1 min in this game.

I most marvel at the idiotic arguments that are made on the general board. It's so brutal there that you almost have to make your opinion that much more extreme.

I don't necessarily view it as a longtime issue. It did afterall take over a year for the Cavs defense to harden into what it was late last year. Wally made a number of bad plays today but I think the lack of a big man was one of the biggest reasons for the issues today.

I DVR'd this game and was planning on watching it tonight, or tomorrow morning. Good thing I read this thread first. Sounds like one frustrating game. I hardly ever miss Cavs games, but it looks like I picked the right one to miss out on.

It actually was a very entertaining game eventhough the Cavs were outhustled all game. It was mainly frustrating because we should have won.
