ben and varejao playing at the same time?

Post#1 » by spurket » Fri Apr 4, 2008 2:46 am

Does anyone here like it when Wallace and Varejao are on the court at the same time?

The Cavs seem to struggle to score when both are on the court at the same time.

Although Mike Brown does have nice glasses

As a neutral IMO the Cavs should never have both of these guys in at the same time. Z or Joe Smith should be on the floor at all times, or even at the same time. Varejao is a better version of Ben Wallace. Smith is a better option than Wallace at this point. In the playoffs Cavs rotation should be Z and Varejao with Smith backing up both spots and Wallace just playing spot minutes..that wont happen though.

Mike Brown cares way to much about defense at time, probably the reason why it took him so long to play Boobie his rookie year.. I agree though that Andy and Ben should never be on the court at the same time, they have the same strengthens (rebounding & defense) and the same flaws (lack of offense) why Mike Brown would put them on the court at the same time blow my mind, but many of decisions do that. I think that Joe Smith needs to be on the court at the same time with Andy, Joe Smith is the man.
