Okay, it's obviously clear that when fans watch something, the team they are rooting for does no wrong. We need a middle man to interpret.

Barkley said he slapped him

Legler said incidental contact, James was lifting his arm and caused it.

Agreed, it could have been intentional, I personally doubt it. It could have been because Lebron lifted his arm fast, you can doubt that. I wont attack you for that.

I wish Songalia would have punched Wally in the face, and knocked him out...

I guess we're in the same boat because I feel the
same way about Eddie Jordan. :nonono:

Another year, another easy Wizards series, fortunately for us the strongest part of the Wizards' game is their big mouths and celebrations. The other series is tied 3-3 and Boston looks much weaker then most people thought, but I still don't think we will be able to beat them.

this thread has now reached completion. Hopefully we'll be back against the Whiz next year, going for the fourpeat.

Soulja starring up at that scoreboard that clearly shows MR OVERRATED'S triple double in an absolute curb stomping beat down of the Wiz...

Nice, Lebron did in three qtrs what it takes deshawn 4 games. At least he somewhat acknowledged the beatdown with that slap on the back at the end.

I just saw the headline "Wizards Wonder What Might Have Been." The Wizards are absolutely hilarious. I can't keep a straight face when I hear the phrase "Big 3" in relation to Arenas, Butler, and Jamison. Are they being serious, Big 3? The team is simply a collection of losers and nobodies who run their mouths and don't ever back it up on the court, someone tell them the season is over and it is time to stop embarrassing themselves, next regular season will be here soon enough.

Also, I have to laugh at some Wizards fans who typed all kinds of hateful garbage this season and now want to be all buddy-buddy with our forum members, sucking up now doesn't make you any less of a jerk. It is disappointing that the Wizards have such a poor fan base, as many teams rely on help from their fans to give them a boost in the post season. Perhaps next year some classes in etiquette, and maybe some basketball 101 classes will do you good, because I think even the most basic understanding of basketball will help you guys out quite a bit. Enjoy watching the rest of the playoffs.

C'mon now, you knew that the excuses would start eventually. It was just a matter of time.

Yep. It is only a matter of time when they are bringing up hypothetical situations to support the claim that they are able to beat us.. Let them feel positive in whatever way they want. The fact is they are not capable of beating us in a playoff series with or without Arenas, Songaila. Blah blah.

And next year when the Cavs are the #2 seed and the injury-plagued Wiz limp to 7th and we sweep them by an average of 16 points per victory, we'll get more excuses about how Lebron travels too much and the Cavs aren't really nothing and the refs handed it to them and Eddie Jordan sucks and it's a David Stern conspiracy and if Arenas and Butler were both healthy and Ben Wallace sucks and the Cavs cannot handle Stevenson's mad skillz and we'll get payback next year when Lebron leaves for (insert big market team) but we're gonna root for the Cavs in the next round anyways because we hate Orlando worse.

it's funny, they didn't really have any injury issues during the series that they didn't know about going in. THey knew arenas wasn't 100%, they knew butler wasn't 100%. Did that stop their trash talking ahead of the series?

What Might Have Been? - perhaps they mean what might have been if they were actually a good team with a good coach.

Tom Knott

Post#219 » by contentode » Mon May 5, 2008 11:42 pm

Cheez!!! Has anyone been reading Tom Knott of the Washington Times? Despite the series being over, this guy still can't lay off Lebron. What an embarrassment! I hate to say it, but this guy's attitude seems emblematic of the typical Wizards fan we have come to know and love on this forum. I wonder if he squats when he Peeez?

He's just whining like all the other Wiz fans. No point in giving him additional readership here. The Times is just a BS rag to begin with anyway.
