^^So if you guys beat us, and Harrington put up LeBron's numbers, and started crip walking down the court, throwing up gang signs in an uncontrollable fashion, you would be disappointed in him?? Come on, that was one hell of a performance, even better than Kobe's. I think with his performance he can air guitar when he wants.

i still dont understand your beef with it?

your a cavs fan....u wouldn't understand.

i guess not...personally if you guys were in the process of beating us, i wouldn't have a problem with nate robinson, al harrington, tim thomas and quentin richardson setting up their own personal rock band on the court

i'd be more pissed at the cavs for losing then for whatever the hell the knicks were doing to kill time during a timeout en route to a victory

That is a terrible thing to complain about. LOL.

Anyways, I love this performance by LeBron. One of the best games I have ever seen him play. Everyone else besides Wally were pretty awful today.. That needs to change for the Lakers game on Sunday.. I'll get the game thread up no later than Friday after they play the Celtics.

Other Knicks fans are complaining about the reffing. They are saying that LeBron traveled on the pass to Z for the layup and saying that the out of bounds call was bogus (too close to tell). Fact is the Knicks lost because they don't play defense and didn't make the shots they needed to down the stretch. To whine about LeBron celebrating his play by playing air guitar is just flat out silly. That is something only a troll could get upset about.

Huge game by Wally, nice to see him abuse the fundamentally absent Knicks on the glass. You would think that they might try to box him out after the 10th board...

How freaking hard is it to score 50 and still notch a triple double? That's amazing, just a superstar performance. On the 6th game in 9 nights on the road, no less.

The sad part about Kobe giving respect to the fans at the garden a couple nights ago is the fact that the fans were chanting M-V-P to a visiting player. Even Reggie Miller said in the 90s they would have never done that when He or Jordan were at the garden. The only other time I have seen this was when Kobe was in Boston 2 years ago. Remember how bad Boston was before Garnett and Ray Allen showed up? Thats a disgrace to the team that you went to support. Lebron should have taken his shorts off and and left them at center court.

Wow what a King performance.

These 2 are the Magic/Bird for this decade.

I predict they go at each other in the all-star game. Do LA and Cavs play again before that?

Forget the Jordan Comparisons, LBJ is more like Magic Johnson and he showed why tonight...

I wouldn't mind calling him the NEXT MAGIC, magic had 5 titles in 80's!

Or you can say that LeBron is a rich man version of Magic. ;)

I don't know, Magic was pretty damn good hah. Actually you could make an argument for Magic being the best player in the history of the game, certainly the best PG.

Lebron is FAR from that level but he is on his way, that's for sure.

If we don't have a thread about the triple double in the first place, why have one about it being taken away?

I thought the triple double was discussed in this thread and therefore one was not created. I do however feel that it is relevant due to the fact the league office snubbed Williams and did this as well. Just my opinion

It's all good. We all know what Mo does to the Cavs, but statistics > impact when it comes to the All Star Game.

And its one rebound, no big deal. 52 11 9 is a decent line I think.
