Why not for Phoenix: Who knows, the Phoenix Fanbase HATES J-Rich, so a trade that basically allows them to go back to normal is awesome.

Why for Charlotte: Immediate Salary relief(Ben's expiring)and youth make this an excellent trade

Why for Cleveland: Shaq+LeBron=Team to beat out in the East
