Wally's expired contract is a huge asset right now! Think bigger same cavs different sun....amare bigger......Cash strapped suns would make this deal in a heartbeat! Wally could be signed for 14mil. Of course he would be cut immediately giving the suns instant relief minus 2 mil which would like,ly be guaranteed. Gilbert says he'll spend this would surely put his money where his mouth is!

I can't take anymore of this "Delonte West is awesome" crap. It's over the top.

He is and has always been an average player. He'll NEVER be on any all star teams.
Jason Richardson is a much, much better player.

You'd be absolutely crazy to prefer a backcourt of Mo and Delonte over Mo and J-Rich.

West works hard and plays hard but he's no all star. Please stop all the mushing and gushing over him.
Yes, West's ocassional drives to the lane when no one else is doing anything on offense are really "cute" - but I'd rather have a legit offensive threat like Richardson - even if he is ball dominant. Who ever scored without the ball?

Next to signing a Karl Malone or Horace Grant type power forward everyone agrees that the easiest way to improve the Cavaliers is to get a decent sized athletic 2. What do you think J Rich is?

If the Cavs could get him it would be nothing short of wonderful.

This is simply not true. See the "Clarity..." post.
Adding Richardson completely eliminates signing anyone for more than the MLE is 2010.
