Bulls bought him out, he's now a free agent.
Motivation has always been the issue with him, I wonder if LeBron and Shaq could inspire him. He's capable of playing both ends, has great length and definately stretches the floor from the forward spot. He'll probably come cheap too, good value in the $2M range.

Re: Tim Thomas...
I wouldn't spend a penny of our MLE or BAE on him. Just a waste of a roster spot.

Re: Tim Thomas...
That's a lot of hate for a long wing player that can shoot and run.
You want a stretch four...he's the best one on the market.
Bonus - he's on the wrong side of 30 so you know Ferry's thinking about it, lol.

Hes not really that bad if you think about it, i mean his contract is pretty bad but he can get the job done, just look at his stats, he was a big contributor while he was with the Suns esp in the playoffs, the man can score, but you guys just got AP and still have Wally (chills) so Cavs would say no

Tim Thomas got bought out. You're right no way you pay the guy $6M a year, but his current contract is now zero. I think he'll eventually be had for $2.5 now.
Wally is an unrestricted F/A...he's not on the Cavs.
