Remember Plax had the gun in a liquour establishment. That alone is a heckuva difference.

Plax had a weapon concealed in his pants(for personal protection) on his way to the VIP section where he was not going to be disturbed.West is driving around like a mad man armed to the teeth, not to mention he has a history of mental instability, I don't see how you can compare the two.

Ever thought that maybe he was coming from the range? Or maybe he was relocating them? To get a gun from point A to point B requires transportation. Maybe he was bringing them somewhere other than where they were! Maybe there were no bad intentions at all. When I go to the range or go hunting, I have very high caliber firearms, sometimes loaded, on my person. I don't chamber a round necessarily, but I do keep a clip in my .45 when I travel. Were they considered concealed?

BTW- I almost pissed my pants at the guy that posted "he was looking for a guy named BUCHO!" Very nice!
