Isn't Green a younger Anthony Parker, except stronger?
Well at least we're not Detroit!

Sort of like... It goes without saying, that you never add anything of use to any thread?
The only thing you are good at is writing one-liners about posters instead of focusing on the thread's topic.

No. Green is an athletic 2, who "can" shoot the ball well, but also has some handle issues. Green is more of a "Moon" type player, although we would certainly hope he turns out better. He may even be a Tayshawn Prince type.

Anthony Morrow is better compared to Ray Allen. Ray was a horrible defensive player in Milwaukee, and is not the brightest bulb in the box, as far as BB IQ. However, he had some good coaching in Seattle (OKC), and he learned to play high caliber BB despite his flaws.

If Morrow was already a perfect product, then we'd have no chance to get him. It is good that he has the couple weaknesses that he does, as the Cavaliers should have a good shot at getting him. Think of a bigger B00BIE GIBSON, with a better shooting stroke... who has the size and ability to actually play defense. That is Morrow.

If you took that as me calling your dumb or any of those other things, you misinterpreted my comment. However dealing with your original point, I'm not sure about Morrow, while he can shoot he really has shown no other ability that'd make me go out of my way to want him on the Cavaliers. He's not a ball handler and he really doesn't play particularly good defense. I just don't see the fit.

I didn't misinterpret what you said, I was giving a hypothetical/analogy conclusion to 85% of the posts I read... and yours happened to fit form.

Ray Allen was a 3 time All-Star before going to Seattle...

Anthony Morrow isn't capable of becoming a good defender. Our back court defense is already bad enough....this would make it even worse.

Apparently you never watched him play. I have seen him guard Kobe, Carmelo, and some power forwards. He always does a semi-decent job. He isn't real fast (though not slow), and he is often matched up with bigger guys because of the way Nellie coaches his team.

When he guards guys that are more his size, he does much better...and he has even done a decent job in the post.

Morrow will likely never be an elite defender, but he is better than 75% of the guys currently on our roster.

Actually WATCH HIM PLAY a couple games before you put him in the scrap-heap of defenders!

Yes, but what about him guarding people that play his position? He's not a SF (and obv not a PF) here. So what about the SGs? That's where he'd play most in Cleveland, and his lack of lateral quickness will be exploited. Badly.

A random black guy, Heath and the Espn trade machine walk into a sausage festival...

Anyways, it's about bigs... I don't see the Cavs going for a 1 dimensional player that can't play both ends of the floor...
