That isn't entirely true. I'm not even sure if Ohio is a common law state, I really don't think that you know. The fact that LeBron has on several occasions described Savannah as his "wife" actually could open up a ton of legal issues for himself. But other than that it's the child support that would be a huge issue.

Absolutely correct here. Let there be a trial. I would love to see it! She has all the ammo as the mother of the children. Second his party life style and career, LeBron might be able to see his kids once a month.

It's interesting that Lebron talks about being a loyal family man and he doesn't have the respect and appreciation to marry the mother of his two children. As for an actual marriage taking place... I believe that Lebron's two children and their mother have lived in his house in Ohio. This would be an interesting court case. I guess Lebron's role model is Shawn Kemp (FUEGO)?

Well he better get rid of his girlfriend quickly if thats the case...FLORIDA law says that a couple living under the same roof sharing financial situations are considered married after 5 years. All prohibitions of a naturally married couple apply after such stated time.
