Who Do the Cavs Pick in the Draft with the #1?

Let's say we win the lottery this year, who do we go after? I'm just starting follow college basketball but I like Jared Sullinger on Ohio State. I've seen him projected as a #4-7 pick on a couple of websites. Scouting reports claim he is too small but I don't see how 6'9" is too small when many of the greatest inside scorers in basketball history were 6'10" or under (Barkley, Olajuwon, Malone). It's far more important for a post player to have good footwork, coordination and good hands than having one or two extra inches.
