If they could have scored 14 points in the 4th they would have. Seriously - 6 points in a quarter is incredible tanking.

During the game last night they showed if the Cavs, Kings, and Hornets won we would all get 15.6 shot at #1, since the Kings won I'm guessing the league will do something similar and just increase the cavs and hornets odds...
