CJ Miles: Somebody has to do it, or is he a good fit?

Post#1 » by PerkinsFor3 » Sat Jan 12, 2013 5:12 pm

Miles is back and it seems he's a good fit on the squad. He gets loads of long range looks as well and has been quite inconsistent in hitting those, which has been the story of his career so far. Yet, he's still really young and he's clearly playing better than the rook among starters. Or am I totally missing something and am I overrating him? Could it be it's a case of somebody having to score and take shot, so it's him by default?

Any chance Miles is here to stay as a starter?

Miles has been playing well, but I do not see him as a long-term starter. It seems clear to me that his best fit is as a scorer off the bench. I would like to see him attack the rim a bit more, but I also think her still has a bit of upside.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

Fair enough. Looks like he had a bad game last night but he is still a decent player.

He would be a good fit for L.A.

Would also help make sure L.A. makes the playoffs so Cleveland gets that higher pick.

All your good players are unattainable or a terrible fit with the team's direction. If you can find a way to take Casspi please do.

We'd take Casspi if it were for a straight up trash for trash trade. We're doing well with bust players so far and at least with Casspi he hustles and has a three ball.
