Idk what you're talking about, but cool. If you threw a 'hissy fit' in PC you'd get banned because it's the most uptight forum on the planet, so I already know you're BSing to some degree. You think that my opinion is a strange or unsupported one but it's pretty much the other way around. You just, again, don't know what you're talking about. I'm not even trying to be a dick, you just genuinely don't. On this issue anyways.

Dion always comes up the court too slowly in the final seconds of a quarter. Every single time. He either comes up and gives himself enough time for one move like he did there, or he tries to run a play without nearly enough time on the clock.

What can you expect when he is on the floor with Sims, Bennett, Miles, and Jack? Waiters is also shooting well tonight. And it isn't like the Cavs run any offensive plays anyways.

You could expect him to come up quicker regardless of who is on the floor with him...it's not a complicated thing to do...

This team is so awful to watch. The last two seasons have been ok coz ive enjoyed watching the young guys but this season just has no positives at all.

Jeremy Lin with his first career triple double. Yay.. It would be against the Cavs.

I tuned into the game just after we went up 63-61, was pretty terrible viewing from then. Good timing and/or jinx i guess.

Well, at least it wasn't a blowout.

That's the point the season has reached. You're just satisfied when they don't get blown out.

Jack should not get more minutes than Dion

16 point loss, not a blowout? Houston led by double digits for the majority of the game. Have some higher standards people

...? Well it was a 14 point loss and the Rockets scored like 8 points in the last 75 seconds when it was already over. Cavs actually had the lead briefly in the 3rd.

It wasn't a blowout. I turned on the game when it was 45-30 Rockets with 7 minutes left in the 2nd. It was pretty close from that point up until halfway through the 4th when they went on that little run to lead by around 10. They held that ~10 point lead until the end. Their starters were on the court until the finish. That's not a blowout.

Rise Against wrote:I don't understand how any of this is Dan Gilbert's fault. He is the owner.. He isn't the one assembling the team and coaches. Maybe you are talking about Chris Grant, the general manager? Gilbert has been patient with this team for years now, even after the LeBron departure.. He is willing to spend big bucks to put the Cavs into playoff contention.. On paper, people would think that the team would get better each year, but they are actually worst this year with a much better roster than previous seasons.. And it's quite evident we know the reason why and you just said it yourself. The coach.

Didn't Gilbert push to hire Mike Brown again? And I blame him because of the bad will he's instilled around the league with his involvement in the CP3 affair and obviously the letter. Almost certainly has left a bad taste in free agents and agents' mouths. He can't seem to keep his mouth shut. Badmouthing Tom Gores about not coming to meetings? Great way for the Pistons and other owners to know who not to do business with. And he's made the hiring decisions. I'm also intuiting that he played a role in some of Ferry's poor decisions, as Ferry seems to have done a much better job in Atlanta. That letter, agree with the content or not, forced Gilbert to put his money where his mouth was and prematurely speed up the Cavs' rebuilding. As Bill Simmons has pointed out, that Deng trade didn't seem like it was spurred by Grant--it came from an ill-conceived mandate by Gilbert to make the playoffs no matter what this season. Gilbert shouldn't be so patient with Grant and Brown. The two of them have no idea what to do with this team or any of its assets.

Yikes. You've got an awful lot of assumptions and misconceptions in there. I cant really blame you though because the national media loves to stretch the truth.

I don't see what assumptions I have. This makes it seem like Gilbert really wanted Brown back in: http://www.ohio.com/blogs/cleveland-cav ... e-1.392430
Although some have said that Grant cajoled him to hiring Brown. http://www.pistonpowered.com/2013/05/da ... meetings/- I don't see how this comes off as professional on Gilbert's part, I'm sorry. http://www.sportsworldreport.com/articl ... -offer.htm "Ford notes that general manager Chris Grant is under pressure to please the franchise star and so far nothing is working. Essentially"- Does that not make it seem like Gilbert may have pressured Grant to trade for Deng to attempt to please Kyrie? Or is Chad Ford misinformed? And you guys are defending Gilbert's public outbursts? How can it be smart for him to make his distaste for all things Lebron and his complaint to Stern about the CP3 trade so public? All I'm saying is that from an outsider's perspective, I can't understand why you guys seem pleased with Gilbert. Sarver used to be a really crappy owner who had similar public outbursts and got too involved with personnel decisions and Gilbert seems to follow a similar pattern.
