Cousins is showing early warning signs of a meltdown.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Cavs are showing a little "killer instinct." Soooo bummed I missed the first half because Bennett's box score looks awesome.

Re: Cavs vs Kings
I think Bennett prefers to play against more physical line ups.

Bennett has a double/double. I bet the Kings' board looks interesting right about now.

Re: Cavs vs Kings
Looks like the pregame ultimatum in Washington really had the effect Griff was hoping it would.
Very interesting to see Dion and Kyrie actually attempt to play off of each other and to focus in on defense. You can also see them paying attention to Brown throughout games where as before I wasnt even sure they knew he existed.
It might just be 3 games, but they look like a completely different team.
And that Bennett guy? Man, for the first time all season I can really see why the Cavs made the pick. If he starts to turn it on, the future looks completely different.

Re: Cavs vs Kings
He had a good night tonight but lets remember here, he put those numbers up against a team that only thinks of defense as an afterthought.
That said, it's a step towards the positive. As a Kings fan, I have no hard feelings for Bennett putting the work against my team. I hope he continues to improve. He looks like a solid dude. The hate he was receiving was unbelievable.
Good luck, Bennett and Cavs fans.
PS Waiters looks really good. Deceptively quick and underrated athlete overall. He sure loves to play against the Kings

Solid game by Bennett. Keeping on an eye on him till he faces the Raptors.

What are you referring to here, What was the ultimatum?

I think this has been particularly noticeable the last three games. These two are really making an effort to play together and off each other in this stretch, kyrie especially seems to be making a big effort.
I had noticed over the last couple of months these two had not been getting along really at all. Never hi-fiving each other or any form of encouragement and hardly seemed to communicate at all on the court.
The last three games i've seen them talk and smile and encourage each other which has then carried over to their play and they've been working together well.
Only a small sample size but at least we can see they are making an effort to get along and play together.

You can see he has an offensive arsenal he just needs the confidence to use it. When he shoots properly and doesn't fall back he's actually a decent shooter.

Re: Cavs vs Kings
It was nice to see the guys show some effort but lets be real it just was Sac.
One thing that drove me crazy was Brown and or Kyrie just before halftime. We called a timeout with possession and it looked like Brown was drawing something up on the whiteboard but all we got was Kyrie in isolation.
Damn either Brown drew up iso which is stupid or Brown drew something up that Kyrie just blew off. It looked weird. All I know is the five on the court at that time were Kyrie, Jack, Deng, Bennett and Sims. You think we could have spread the floor, drove with a pick, done the option of Pick and Pop, or just drive if help did not come, or dish to either corner for an open three if it did come.
WTF Kyrie dribbling for 15 seconds and taking a long off balance three is the best they could come up with? Really?
