With Rose out (that didn't take long) this is the perfect opportunity to start Wade at PG and put Smith back in the lineup. I hope Lue figures that out. Even if he knows this, Wades ego wont let it happen imo.

They just don't have an offense yet.

Look at how they play- its just mostly pick and roll. I mean- they have smart players- and running pick and roll is okay/fine-- but its not a real offense

there is no real offense right now. No ball movement- in the first two games they won they got by on just talent.

they need to implement a real scheme and run it. Right now its just LeBron- run a pick for him, and then LeBron either takes it or dishes it out.

The magic were incredibly hot early on. But we lost this game because our offense was trash through out.

I think the ball movement looked really good the first two games. An improvement over the last 3 seasons, when the ball would stop when it got to Kyrie.

I think the ball movement looked pretty good the first two games too--- my point was that it wasnt a "real offense"--- it was just smart NBA vets sharing the ball, playing pick and roll.

I mean- you can do that and have success- but its not a real offense. What they need is a real offense that gets everyone involved and moving on the floor. That will take some major time and effort and wont be accomplished in a few weeks--- prob not even in a couple months.

Its good the Cavs have a lot of good smart veteran players who are putting their ego's aside- but the offense has to be more than team usa style pick and roll after pick and roll that gets predictable. It needs to be more than LeBron with 3 shooters and TT throwing a pick.

They need an offense where the ball doesnt stick and everyone is involved on most plays. That hasnt been the case for a LONG time. Hell- it might not even be possible with LeBron.
